This case involved a motor vehicle accident wherein the plaintiff’s car rolled over causing a degloving type injury (an injury to an extremity-finger, hand, arm, leg, or foot-in which the soft tissue down to the bone, including neurovascular bundles and sometimes tendons, is peeled off) to the plaintiff’s left hand. Attorney Robert Zimmerman vigorously litigated this case, ultimately resulting in a jury verdict of $804,000.
