In hallway of apartment complex about to take elevator to go to the pool when neighbor asked a question about who services air conditioner. Opened door to unit to check the air conditioning unit (walked in 2-3 steps to where unit folding door is) and while reading the label to find out which company services the unit my neighbor – who was left in the hallway with her walker – was suddenly falling on client; was in immediate pain.
