This case involved a couple traveling who were both tragically killed as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Attorney Robert Zimmerman recovered a partial settlement of $1,000,000 from the operator of the vehicle. The remainder of the case will be tried shortly against a major beverage corporation. Attorney Zimmerman will prove to the jury that a speeding, out of control truck from that beverage company was primarily at fault for this accident.
